My Story
I'm Lily Ramsay, founder of Hyde Hair Care and The Salon Reset. Growing up in the hair industry, I developed a deep understanding of what makes a salon truly successful. Three years ago, I opened Hyde Hair Care from the ground up—no clientele, just a vision, a bare-bones space, and the knowledge of what works.
With 20 years in the industry, I’ve tried and tested strategies that not only built my own salon but have helped countless others regain control, improve retention, and elevate the client experience. I don’t believe in guesswork—I believe in results. The Salon Reset is a culmination of everything I’ve learned, designed to transform the way salons operate.
